The list below (Table 1) provides the location of the BAC clones for specific genes in the dog RPCI-81 BAC library from BACPAC Resources.  The Lyons research program will assist researchers in screening the dog BAC library for genes of interest for the devlopment of models of human disease.  Additional clones are being isolated for the genes listed in Table 2 and 3.  Currently, these genes are listed as pools, but once the individual clones are identified, they will be listed on Table 1.  The clones can be purchased from BACPAC Resources or obtained from the Lyons' Laboratory as a collaborative research effort.
