FASCETTI Lab - Nutrition Support Service

Services:

  • Telephone consultation service for veterinarians and their staff
  • Dietary management of common disease processes
  • Weight loss programs
  • Analysis and formulation of computer-generated recipes for homemade diets
Support Service Members:
  • Dr. Andrea Fascetti, Service Chief and Assistant Professor in Clinical Nutrition
  • Consults are provided by the residents on the service (Drs. Denise Elliott, Ana Hill and Meri Phelps) under the guidance of three board certified veterinary nutritionists (Drs. Fascetti, Stanley Marks and Quinton Rogers)
Costs:

A majority of the telephone consultations are done at no charge; however there are fees for customized, computer-generated recipes and requests involving in-depth analysis and research.
