Equipment:

Equipment available to NIEHS Center members: HPLC with UV, fluorescence and electrochemical detectors. Analytical and semi-preparative. GC with FID or FPD detectors. Equipment for large scale 2D gel electrophoresis (multiphor II and Dalt system) and software for 2D gel analysis. Phosphorimaging and laser based fluorescence measurements can be done on a Typhoon laser scanner.
